Universal 4 Corner Air Ride Suspension System Kit, 2500 Series
Buy this universal 4-corner air ride suspension system if your vehicle isn't one of the specific classics we already have a dedicated kit for — this is the same core system built into our Impala, Bel Air, and Biscayne kits, minus the vehicle-specific mounting brackets, so it fits most vehicles once you source or fabricate mounts for your particular application.
The system starts with a front shock relocation kit that includes upper mounts, lower mounting bolts, and a pair of gas-charged shocks — necessary on most air ride builds since dropping the front this far means your shocks need repositioning to keep functioning correctly. The air spring setup pairs 2500 D2 series air springs with 2500 D1 series air springs, giving you a matched front-and-rear combination rather than mismatched springs. Powering it all is a 1/3 HP compressor rated for 100% duty cycle, backed by a 40-amp relay and a 3-gallon, 5-port stainless steel air tank rated to 1000 PSI max. Control comes through an Active Air pneumatic paddle switch controller — non-electric, with a 150 PSI lighted gauge (white or black face depending on stock) — giving you slow, smooth front-to-back control without complex electronics. A 90-120 PSI pressure switch maintains constant air automatically. The kit includes a 50 ft roll of 1/4" air hose and a complete 1/4 tube fitting pack to connect everything, including a drain plug for the air tank (fittings may vary depending on stock).
Mounting brackets are not included with this universal kit. If you need brackets for a specific vehicle, contact us — we have many variations to match, or check if your vehicle already has a dedicated kit in our lineup. Given the complexity of a full air ride install, we strongly suggest a professional installer install this kit.
