Shipping & Returns
There are "No Returns" accepted of purchased Merchandise after 30 days, returns accepted on stalled or modified Merchandise, and or International shipments.
Any Merchandise returned for a refund must be approved in advance and will require an RA# from TrueSuspension. Returned Merchandise are subject to 20% restocking charge on un-used product only(same condition as received), return shipping cost is the responsibility of the Customer and valid return tracking must be provided by the Customer showing our return address. In event we have made an error (received incorrect or defective parts) we will pay the return shipping cost. Once a return is received, it can take up to 3-5 days to process your return and refund.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options available. Depending on the shipping provider we choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Processing time of most orders will be 3-5 days and then transit time. Custom orders can take up to 10 days to process. Please note we do not offer express shipping at this time.
