Ford Falcon 1960-1965 Complete Air Ride Suspension Lowering System Kit
Order this complete air ride system built for the 1960-1965 Ford Falcon, designed to lower the car up to 4-5" with a suggested drive height of 3" below stock — enough drop for a real stance change while keeping the ride livable for regular driving.
Front air spring mounts weld on at the top and bolt on at the bottom, so plan for welding and modification there. Rear mounts are upgraded to weld on under and at the rear of the axle to maximize suspension travel, paired with a rear weld-on heavy-duty triangulated 4-link built to improve traction and handling, not just support the drop. A front shock relocation kit, including 2 gas shocks and upper weld-on relocation brackets, keeps your shocks functioning correctly at the new ride height. The air spring setup mixes 2 D2 series springs with 2 of the larger 2600 series springs, sized for the Falcon's chassis weight and geometry.
Powering the system is a 1/3 HP, 100% duty cycle compressor with a 40 amp relay, feeding a 3-gallon, 5-port stainless steel tank rated to 1000 PSI. A non-electric Active Air pneumatic paddle switch with a 150 PSI lighted gauge handles control, backed by a 120 PSI pressure switch that maintains air automatically. A 50 ft roll of 1/4" air hose and a complete fitting pack, tank drain plug included, round out the kit.
Given the welding required and the rear 4-link install, we strongly recommend a professional installer with the right equipment handle this build.
