What separates this C10 air ride system from a basic bolt-on kit is the rear end: instead of leaving your factory rear suspension in place, this setup replaces it entirely with a heavy-duty triangulated 4-link, giving you the geometry control that a serious air ride build actually needs. Up front, the kit comes with air spring mounts available either weld-on or bolt-on, though hardware for the bolt-on option isn't included. Out back is where this kit earns its price: a bolt-on heavy-duty triangulated 4-link replaces your factory rear suspension geometry outright, shipped as raw, unpainted metal so you can finish it to match your build. Four 2600 series air springs handle the actual lift and drop at all corners. Running the system is a 1/3 HP, 100% duty cycle compressor with a 40 amp relay and a 3-gallon, 5-port stainless steel tank rated to 1000 PSI. An Active Air pneumatic paddle switch controller — non-electric, with a 150 PSI lighted gauge — gives you smooth manual control front to back, backed by a 120 PSI pressure switch that keeps air topped up on its own. A 50 ft roll of 1/4" air hose and a full fitting pack, including the tank drain plug, round out the install.
One thing to plan for before you order: the bed must be notched to clear the new cross member this kit introduces — factor that into your build timeline. Given the scope of a rear 4-link swap plus a full air management system, we strongly suggest a professional installer handle this one.
